I’ve completed the 8th level in piano with the Royal Conservatory of Music. I now have on my dream list to learn the guitar.

  2. I went to Haiti in 2002 with other Chiropractic student interns and Chiropractors. We spent time providing Chiropractic care in various cities/villages.  It was the most impactful trip of my life.
  3. I’ve played baseball on the “Field of Dreams” (same one that is in the movie starring Kevin Costner) – Yes, it really exists! It’s near Dyersville, Iowa, USA.
  4. I’m a lasagna snob – I compare everything to my mother’s recipe and I have yet to taste one that I like better. :)
  5. I’m a Trekkie – The film “Star Trek” (2009) was awesome!

In 2005, I climbed Nakiska, a black diamond ski hill in Kananaskis, Alberta. I’m sure my nose was actually touching the side of the mountain at one point it was so steep. What an adventure!

  2. I have 2 daughters, ages 6 and 3.
  3. My 2 daughters were born at home. I couldn’t imagine it any other way!
  4. I was born and raised in St. John’s, Newfoundland. I miss my hometown and family dearly, but love Ottawa and am so happy to have made this home for my own family now.
  5. I worked at a grocery store during my high school and university years, and I was known as the fastest cashier on the line. I can still remember all those produce codes!

Wow, what beautiful families you both now have! Well, it is not so surprising given the children's parents. Both of you are exceptional persons and chiropractors in the way you live your lives (with a sense of adventure) and your overall compassion. Best regards, Heather

loved reading up on you, nice to know that their are still people that seem to be passionate about their work. I am 60 years young and a firm believer of good nutrition and regular exercise is good for the body in general. in my day, we use to say a healthy body and a healthy mind which is why I like to look at my food as my preventive medicine.
