Case #1 - 30 year old female with an initial chief complaint of low back pain, daily headaches, and asthma.
Case #2 - 72 year old male with lower back pain so severe that he could not stand in an upright position.
Case #3 - 30 year old female with an initial chief complaint of chronic headaches, mid back pain, and Crohn’s disease.
Case #4 - 17 year old female with a chief complaint of weekly headaches and daily acid reflux.
