My name is Diana, I’m 36 years old and I am here to share with you one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. For a long time I had been suffering from severe headaches as well as lower and upper back pain. I also felt as though the muscles in my neck were not strong enough to carry the weight of my head.
Because of these things, I was finding it difficult to concentrate on my studies. I went to my family doctor and she recommended that I see a physiotherapist.
