Patient Case #3
Presentation: A 30-year-old female with an initial chief complaint of chronic headaches, mid back pain, and Crohn’s disease.
Findings: As you can see on her initial x-ray, there is a reversal in the cervical curve which leads to anterior head carriage of 22mm. There are also signs of the beginning of degenerative disc disease at C5/C6.
